Delivery and Payment Information
Payment Options:
- Cash On Delivery: This is the most widely used shipping option, you pay after receiving your items
- PayPal Payment: This option requires you to have a PayPal account.
- Wire Transfer: You can also pay be transferring the amount to our bank account. Please note that our minimum accepted account for wire payments is as follow: 1,000 AED or 1,500 QAR, or 2,000 SAR, or 160 OMR.
- Courier Shipping:
- Domestic Shipping (United Arab Emirates): Shipments will be sent with courier and will usually be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
- International Shipping (for supported countries): Shipments will be sent with courier and will usually be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
- Our shop will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: support {at} zeroohm .com

- Place the order Online and choose (Order Pickup) as the shipping option.
- Wait for the order status to change to "processed" (you will be notified via email).
- The order will be held for maximum 10 working days
